I understand why you delayed booking that appointment.
You have read the page. Maybe you filled in the inquiry form, too. But then you closed the tab. It is not that you do not want the appointment. You’re just wondering – what happens to my images?
This is by far the most common question I get asked. And I am going to answer this question fully, clearly, and without the legal mumbo-jumbo.
Before I say anything else, let me be crystal clear. Without your written consent, I will not use your images in any way. Not for Instagram. Not for the website. Not for the portfolio. Nowhere.
It’s true that sharing photos is a standard practice for photographers to promote themselves. I have done it – but always after a client tells me she is perfectly fine with it. We’ll discuss everything before posting any image.
So when we have our consultation, we will discuss all the details regarding your personal comfort level. This situation can play out in one of three ways.
The first is full confidentiality. Your photos will be locked away in a vault. They won’t ever be shown to anyone else.
Secondly, is sharing anonymously. This involves sharing an image like details of your shoes, your outfit or silhouette and shadows without showing your face. Most people really enjoy this kind of sharing.
Thirdly, there is a full model release. I will have full permission to show the photographs that you like most. Some people prefer this because it makes them feel good knowing that they have inspired someone else to do the same.
It is your choice, always. I will go along with what you want.

After taking your pictures, I do not send them to your email as attachments, which is a bit risky. This is something I would never want to happen.
However, your images are password protected. You will receive a password, which gives you access only to your images through a personal link. No other person can access them since they are secure and encrypted.
In addition to that, for my private photography sessions, one service that I enjoy offering is the personal viewing.
It’s not just about seeing your images on your screen, anywhere. It’s about viewing them in a place where you feel safe and in the company of someone who shared your journey.
Many people say that the reveal is their favorite moment of the entire process.
AI scraping is real. Data breaches happen. There is a record of everything on the internet. And, as a boudoir photographer, I take privacy seriously. Not just for legal sake, but out of genuine care for my customers.
I approach your pictures like how I hope others will approach mine. With dignity and respect because these photographs capture something incredibly vulnerable and beautiful.
You entrusting me with your story means more to me than almost anything else about this entire process.

A copy of your purchased images is stored for a year in case your images should ever become lost or damaged. Images that were not purchased are purged from our system after your ordering session.
Well, then you change your mind too. Message me. I will take everything down right away. I won’t put you in an uncomfortable situation, I won’t guilt-trip you. Your peace of mind is more important than any other consideration.
A concern over boudoir photo privacy is a totally legitimate one and one that I understand. However, I hope to assure you that from the moment you come into my studio until the delivery of your album, the entire experience belongs to you.
